The Fanatic Hall of Fame is WorldFanatic's curated archive of the most dedicated, passionate, and impactful fans in history. It features museum-quality profiles organized by fandom category — music, sports, entertainment, anime, esports, and culture. Each inductee is recognized for measurable devotion through our Devotion Index scoring system.
Hall of Fame candidates are evaluated using the Devotion Index scoring system, which measures six key dimensions: longevity (years active as a fan), attendance volume (events attended), travel distance (miles traveled for fandom), creative contributions (fan art, writing, content), community leadership (organizing, moderating, mentoring), and cultural impact (influence on the broader fandom). Fans can also be nominated by the community.
The Hall of Fame currently covers 20+ fandom categories spanning five verticals: Music (Beatles, BTS, Grateful Dead, Taylor Swift, Beyonce), Sports (Lakers, Manchester United, Packers, Barcelona, Cubs), Entertainment (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Marvel, The Office), and Culture (Dragon Ball, League of Legends, Cosplay, K-Pop, WWE). New categories are added regularly based on community interest.
Yes. WorldFanatic actively welcomes community nominations for Hall of Fame inductees. You can nominate yourself or another fan by submitting a profile with documented evidence of devotion — attendance records, travel history, creative works, community contributions, and years of dedication. All nominations are reviewed by our editorial team and scored using the Devotion Index.
